Job summary

HiveMQ GmbH is seeking a Senior RevOps professional to shape how the company plans and measures revenue. You’ll report to the VP of RevOps and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to deliver planning, forecasting, and KPI governance that drive growth.

You’ll own the top-down forecast, build funnel analytics by segment, and ensure the data supports decisive actions. A strong MS Excel/Sheets toolkit and Salesforce fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in RevOps, Sales Strategy & Ops or GTM planning at a B2B SaaS company.
• Hands-on experience with annual planning, quota setting, and capacity modeling.
• Strong end-to-end funnel analytics across marketing and sales, with actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual planning end to end: bookings model, assumptions, scenarios, and exec/story.
• Build capacity, coverage, and productivity models linking hiring to outcomes.
• Design quotas across segments; partner with Finance to drive motivational comp.
• Set top-down forecasts and reconcile with bottoms-up pipeline to identify gaps.
• Define KPIs (ARR, NRR/GRR, CAC payback) and establish cadence for improvements.
