Job summary

HiveMQ GmbH is seeking a senior RevOps professional to own annual planning, quota setting, and capacity modeling, reporting to the VP of RevOps. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership to drive the revenue engine with data-driven insights.

This role requires deep Salesforce fluency, expert Excel/Sheets modeling, and a track record of full-funnel analysis. You’ll transform insights into actions that improve forecasting, KPIs, and GTM effectiveness across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in RevOps, Sales Strategy & Ops or GTM-focused FP&A, ideally at a B2B SaaS startup.
• Hands-on experience owning annual planning, quota setting, and capacity modeling.
• Full-funnel analysis across marketing and sales with insight into funnel leaks.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual planning end to end: bookings model, assumptions, scenarios for exec team and board.
• Build capacity, coverage, and productivity models linking hires to outcomes.
• Design and roll out quotas across segments and roles with Finance to drive motivating comp.
• Set the top-down forecast and compare against bottoms-up pipeline; own the gap.
• Define and govern KPIs (ARR, NRR/GRR, magic number, CAC payback) and cadences to improve them.
• Become go-to funnel expert: know conversion/velocity by segment and source.
