Qualifikationen

• 5-7+ years of total revenue cycle experience, with 2-3+ years managing a team.
• Experience in payer contract negotiation and reimbursement strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to drive data-driven improvements.

Aufgaben

• Lead and grow the RevOps team, setting priorities and scaling the function.
• Own payer contracting strategy and ensure contract terms are loaded across systems.
• Set the standard for billing accuracy and clean-claim rates.
• Own denials and end-to-end denial management with root-cause analysis.
• Drive cross-functional resolution with Patient Support, Provider Ops, Growth, and Product.
• Oversee end-to-end reconciliation of remittances and collections; manage aging.
• Partner with Finance on month-end close and denial reporting.
• Be the go-to expert on revenue cycle performance for stakeholders.
