Qualifications

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in revenue operations, sales operations, customer success operations, or SaaS implementation/onboarding with direct ownership of business systems.
• Demonstrated experience configuring CRM platforms, including fields, workflows, validation rules, permissions, and system settings.
• Experience with at least two revenue-adjacent SaaS systems (billing/subscription, CPQ, support/ticketing, project management, automation/integration).
• Strong understanding of SaaS operational processes and interconnected revenue systems.
• Ability to identify impact of changes across systems and downstream processes.
• Strong data accuracy and reporting judgment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze CRM, billing, ticketing, and related revenue-system data to identify gaps between processes, configurations and policies.
• Identify and document policy conflicts, outdated automations, duplicates, permission issues, and unclear processes.
• Develop precise operational guidance for handling complex or ambiguous scenarios across the SaaS revenue stack.
• Evaluate data and reporting discrepancies to ensure consistency across workflows and operations.
• Document the rationale for recommended changes, including downstream impact and scope.
• Assess cross-system effects of changes and maintain operational integrity across tools.
• Produce clear documentation understandable by technical and non-technical stakeholders.
