Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant mechanical, structural, piping, electrical, controls, BIM or packaged‑equipment design experience.
• Hands‑on Revit experience including creation and checking of models and construction drawings.
• Experience leading, supervising, mentoring, or coordinating design/drafting personnel.
• Ability to produce construction‑level drawings, schedules, details, and model deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Provide project support and technical execution for complex packaged‑equipment projects.
• Assist lead designers with design coordination, problem solving, and workload planning.
• Model and document Revit projects across structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, and controls systems.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor design/drafting staff; manage performance and development.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with engineering leadership, project management, and other stakeholders.
• Travel to customer/vendor sites as required; support design interfaces and standards.
