The role balances technical execution with people management, ensuring compliant, safe, high-quality deliverables on time and within budget. You will create and check Revit models, coordinate with engineering leadership, mentor staff, and help drive design interfaces across disciplines while maintaining TAS standards and project

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Post-secondary degree or certificate in drafting, design, engineering technology, or a related technical field preferred.
• Direct industry experience may substitute for formal education.

Responsibilities

• Support lead designers on packaged-equipment and construction-documentation projects from turnover through release.
• Interpret P&IDs, process flow diagrams, specifications, site and equipment layouts, piping plans, and drawings.
• Create, modify, check, and approve Revit models and construction documents, including views, sheets, plans, sections, elevations, and schedules.
• Model and document structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, and controls systems with regard to constraints and codes.
• Assist with drafting plans, labor estimates, production schedules, and progress tracking; communicate risks and changes.
