Job summary

TAS Energy Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager - Revit in Houston to lead a team of designers and deliver coordinated BIM models for packaged equipment and construction documentation.

You will split time between technical project support and people leadership, create and check Revit models, supervise drafting staff, and ensure designs meet safety, quality, and schedule requirements while coordinating with engineering and project teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of mechanical, structural, piping, or BIM design experience.
• Hands-on Revit experience in producing coordinated models.
• Experience leading design/drafting personnel.
• Ability to coordinate across disciplines and with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support lead designers on moderate to complex projects from turnover through release.
• Interpret P&IDs, process flow diagrams, specifications, and drawings.
• Create, modify, check, and approve Revit models and construction documents.
• Coordinate design interfaces with engineering, PM, QA, and suppliers.
• Mentor and coach designers in BIM and drafting best practices.
