Job summary

TAS Energy Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager - Revit to lead and support design and drafting activities in a hands-on role in Houston. You will supervise designers, coach BIM practices, and ensure coordination across mechanical, piping, electrical, and structural disciplines.

In this role you will create and check Revit models, prepare construction documents, mentor staff, enforce TAS standards, and help deliver safe, compliant projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary drafting/engineering tech preferred.
• Direct industry experience may substitute for formal education.

Responsibilities

• Support lead designers on packages and construction documentation projects through turnover and release.
• Interpret P&IDs, process diagrams, layouts, BOMs and customer inputs.
• Create, modify, and check Revit models and construction documents.
• Model and document structural, mechanical, piping, electrical, and controls systems.
• Assist with labor estimates, schedules, and progress tracking.
• Attend meetings to coordinate interfaces with other stakeholders.
