Job Opportunity: Senior Reviewer

Duration: 2-year reimbursable assignment with an option to extend for another year.

Location: DHS/I&A/Office of the Research Director

Series Requested: 0132

Security Clearance: TS/SCI

Virtual/Remote: No

Eligibility: Only current, full-time federal employees are eligible. Resumes are reviewed every 30 days until the selection/closing date. This is a Detail, not a Developmental Rotation. You will be expected to perform as an incumbent in this position. Supervisory approval form must be signed.

Qualifications required:

1. Mastery of writing and reviewing finished intelligence products for high-level policymakers and operational customers. Familiarity with policies and procedures regarding customer requirements, analytic storytelling, analytic tradecraft, Intelligence Community writing styles, and classification of intelligence products. Expert knowledge of substantive review techniques.
2. Mastery in applying analytic methodologies and techniques in solving or addressing intelligence issues.
3. Expert knowledge of analytic tradecraft standards and ability to balance tradecraft standards with customer needs to improve finished production, tell compelling analytic stories, drive planning, and implement structured analytic techniques and innovative methodologies.
4. Expert ability to collaborate with authors, reviewers, and analytic units to provide constructive feedback aimed at enhancing the quality of intelligence production.
