Vasion, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team and own models, insights, and cross-functional alignment that translate top-of-funnel activity into ARR and GAAP revenue.

This high-visibility IC role collaborates with Sales, RevOps, and GTM leadership to ground projections in pipeline reality and test assumptions. You’ll lead annual revenue planning, manage rolling forecasts, and author executive narratives for quarterly reviews and board reporting, explaining variance

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of FP&A, revenue ops, or related analytics role with top-line exposure.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Strong financial modeling skills and ability to build forecast models from scratch.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SaaS metrics knowledge.
• Comfort reading contract terms and understanding revenue implications.
• Fluency describing the revenue funnel from pipeline to GAAP revenue.
• Excellent communication with Finance, Sales, and C-suite audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and articulate all sales and revenue metrics (NRR, GRR, ARR, CAC payback).
• Define metric methodology, ensure audit-ready figures across teams and board.
• Develop executive dashboards and KPI packages aligned to targets.
• Partner with Sales/RevOps on forecast, validate CRM activity against forecasts.
• Convert sales forecast to revenue forecast; manage rolling monthly forecast.
• Lead annual revenue planning; reconcile forecast-to-actuals and explain variances.
• Review contracts for revenue timing and recognition; model pricing implications.
• Support cross-functional partnerships and M&A diligence with financial modeling.
• Prepare revenue slides for board/investor reporting; assist leadership with questions.
