Job summary

Relay, Inc. is seeking a Senior Leader to own the strategic layer of the company’s revenue organization, shaping multi-year revenue models and guiding GTM investments.

You will work with sales, marketing, and product to allocate resources and optimize monetization across hardware-as-a-service, SaaS, and AI offerings. You will influence executive-level decisions and partner with Finance and Product to ensure disciplined, data-driven growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in revenue strategy or GTM strategy at a B2B technology company.
• Proven track record building multi-year revenue models used by leadership.
• Hands-on experience shaping GTM resource allocation and portfolio design.
• Deep fluency in funnel dynamics, segmentation, pipeline economics.
• Experience with pricing and packaging strategy across monetization models.
• Strong leadership and ability to scale teams and influence cross-functional partners.
• Excellent executive communication and ability to defend complex recommendations.
• Bias toward evidence-based decisions and pace in reversible decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year revenue models and analytical foundation for planning.
• Continuously evaluate Relay's GTM engine and market targeting to meet growth goals.
• Lead cross-functional resource allocation for sales, marketing, and product focus areas.
• Analyze market opportunities and GTM models to prioritize bets and investments.
• Partner with Revenue Engineering and Product on merchandising, pricing, and monetization.
