Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics is required or equivalent
• MBA is a plus, advanced degrees favored for leadership roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential

Responsibilities

• Own segment-level P&L reporting and performance analysis
• Bridge between Sales and Finance to explain results
• Lead development of the revenue/cost profit allocation tool
• Design driver-based allocation for non-direct costs and roadmap priorities
• Coordinate with IT, Risk, and Finance for data and sign-off
• Drive adoption of the tool with training and support
• Present findings to Finance and Sales leadership
• Improve reporting processes, controls, and documentation
• Identify opportunities to apply automation and AI to reporting
