Job summary

Zello is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to turn messy pipeline and CRM data into clean, trusted insight that leaders act on. You will be the analytical backbone of the revenue organization, owning data quality and providing a single source of truth for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance.

You will build dashboards for weekly revenue reviews, support forecasting, and surface risk. You will use SQL, BI tools, and basic Python to turn data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Own CRM data quality and revenue reporting end-to-end.
• Turn ambiguous questions into clear, actionable analysis.
• Present findings to executives with precision and impact.
• Advanced spreadsheets; basic SQL and BI skills; Python a plus.
• 3–5 years in RevOps or SalesOps in B2B SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Own CRM data integrity in HubSpot and ensure pipeline inputs are trustworthy.
• Build dashboards and reporting for weekly revenue reviews.
• Support forecasting with bottom-up analysis and risk surfacing.
• Analyze large datasets with SQL and BI tools to identify trends.
• Measure impact of GTM motions and attribution.
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance; translate analysis for executives.
• Leverage AI to improve reporting and data quality.
