Job summary

Faire, a technology wholesale platform, is seeking a highly analytical Revenue Operations professional to shape forecasting, pipeline diagnostics, and performance reporting.

You will partner with Sales leaders to build scalable analytics, drive AI-enabled automation, and translate data into clear business recommendations. This role offers equity, comprehensive benefits, and a hybrid schedule with three in-office days weekly in San Francisco or New York.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or similarly analytical roles.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Experience building dashboards and analyzing large datasets.
• Ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects from start to finish.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity or workflows.
• Experience with sales compensation tools such as CaptivateIQ is a plus.
• Strong SQL proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Partner on foundations like quota setting, book builds, compensation administration, and monthly reporting.
• Build scalable reporting and analytical frameworks for funnel health, pipeline quality, and sales performance.
• Develop diagnostics to help Sales leaders identify opportunities and drive decisions.
• Improve forecasting infrastructure and manager tooling to boost revenue projections.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to uncover actionable insights and inform GTM strategy.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows using AI and modern tooling.
