Job summary

Baylor Genetics seeks a Senior Analyst Revenue Pricing Integrity & Governance to lead day-to-day data modeling and contract tracking in the pricing pipeline, ensuring deals align with governance standards and protect gross margins.

You will audit terms, build multi-tier pricing models, and collaborate with sales, billing and accounting to accelerate deal velocity while eliminating revenue leakage and year-end reversal risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 4–6 years of progressive experience in corporate finance, commercial finance, or revenue accounting.
• Expert-level Excel with multi-tier pricing and sensitivity modeling.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP ASC 606, contract governance, and variable consideration.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day lifecycle and data modeling of the deal pricing pipeline.
• Audit proposed contract terms and rebate structures against ASC 606 standards.
• Construct financial sensitivity models for complex pricing proposals to protect margins.
• Track deal performance and improve accuracy of price concession estimates.
• Coordinate with sales, billing, and accounting to map rates to compliant billing.
• Develop standardized pricing templates and governance tracking systems.
• Analyze monthly pricing trends and variances for leadership decisions.
• Support ad-hoc duties to assist team and objectives.
• Ensure regulatory alignment with company policies.
