Job summary

Baylor Genetics is seeking a Manager, Revenue Planning & Analytics to own revenue forecasting, ASP and pricing analytics, and contract economics. You will convert payer, product, and volume data into forecast-driven insights for profitable growth and enterprise planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, data analytics or related quantitative field.
5–7 years of progressive experience in commercial finance, revenue operations, or FP&A with leadership
Proven ability to coach and lead analytical teams and drive cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

Own rolling revenue forecasts and annual planning inputs across volume, ASP, reimbursement, pricing, and other drivers.
Develop ASP forecasting and revenue analytics; explain variances in price, volume and mix.
Lead pricing governance, contract economics, and governance with decision inputs and guardrails.
Translate complex payer trends into concise executive recommendations for leadership.
Provide governed assumptions to FP&A and operating partners for an integrated outlook.
Collaborate with Market Access, RCM, Commercial, Revenue Accounting, FP&A and Operations.
Manage and develop Senior Analyst, Revenue Pricing Integrity & Governance.
