Baylor Genetics is seeking a Manager, Revenue Planning & Analytics to lead revenue forecasting, ASP modeling, pricing governance, and contract economics. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, data analytics, or related quantitative discipline.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in commercial/finance roles, leading analytical workstreams.
• Experience coaching and guiding analytical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own rolling revenue forecasts, annual planning inputs, and long-range revenue models.
• Develop ASP forecasting, reimbursement visibility, and revenue analytics.
• Lead pricing governance and contract economics, with margins and guardrails.
• Translate payer/market trends into executive-level actions and recommendations.
• Provide governed assumptions to FP&A and operating partners for integrated outlook.
• Partner with Market Access, RCM, Commercial, and other stakeholders to align data.
• Manage and develop the Senior Analyst, Revenue Pricing Integrity & Governance.
• Establish dashboards, trackers, and controls to improve data quality and transparency.
• Identify revenue risks and opportunities from reimbursements, payer behavior, and contracts.
• Perform ad-hoc and regulatory support as needed.
• Ensure timely, accurate execution of analytic deliverables.
