Job summary

Scripps Research in La Jolla, CA seeks a Senior Analyst for the Office of Technology Development Revenue to manage Inteum and related systems, ensuring data integrity and accurate revenue tracking. The role requires building dashboards, supporting ERP integrations, and partnering with Finance to align processes with contractual obligations.

The candidate will lead data-driven analyses, perform complex audits, and train end-users on revenue processes within a hybrid on-site/remote framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, accounting or business.
• 5+ years’ experience in data wrangling and management.
• Familiarity with common databases and metadata standards.
• Understanding of Bayh-Dole Act and licensing agreements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the database administrator for the Inteum database and manage user access.
• Ensure data integrity across Inteum and integrated systems (Workday, AppColl).
• Track, collect and distribute licensing revenue per contracts and portfolio.
• Create dashboards and reports to support strategic priorities and audits.
• Collaborate with AR/AP/GL to train staff on revenue collection workflows.
