Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, healthcare administration, information systems, or a related field.
• Five+ years in hospital-based revenue cycle reporting, data, and/or analytics.
• Three+ years leading teams delivering analysis and reporting within revenue cycle programs.
• Epic certification.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations and their impact.
• Proficient in Tableau, Power BI, and SQL for reporting and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and distribution of revenue cycle reports, dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs.
• Perform analyses to identify trends, variances, and denials, informing operational decisions.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting outputs and documentation.
• Support root cause analysis and track performance improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations and IT to design reporting enhancements and resolve issues.
• Mentor and develop analysts, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
