You will oversee provider and location master data, collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Finance, and Operations, and drive contract and payer configurations to support scalable growth

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in revenue cycle management or related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong understanding of medical coding, billing and revenue cycle processes.
• Proficiency with revenue cycle software and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative oversight of revenue cycle practices and system configuration.
• Serve as subject matter expert for revenue cycle systems and data integrity.
• Lead complex configuration, troubleshooting, and system enhancements with IT and vendors.
• Evaluate performance and drive workflow improvements for better financial outcomes.
• Oversee insurance plan configurations and alignment with payer contracts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain contract groups and accurate revenue attribution.
• Analyze payer data to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement.
• Oversee CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10 changes and coding updates with vendors.
• Own provider and location master data governance across systems.
