Cardinal Health, headquartered in Dublin, Ohio, seeks an Advisor, Revenue Cycle Management to optimize revenue cycle systems and data governance across the organization. You will partner with clinical and administrative teams to improve revenue integrity and operational performance.

The role requires 8–12 years in revenue cycle management, a bachelor’s degree, and strong analytical skills. You will lead system configuration, audits, and improvements for compliant reimbursement and reporting.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in revenue cycle management or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with revenue cycle systems and payer contracts.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative oversight of revenue cycle practice management system configuration and governance.
• Serve as SME for revenue cycle systems and assist stakeholders with issues and optimizations.
• Lead complex system configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancements with IT and vendor partners.
• Evaluate system performance using analytics to identify opportunities for workflow optimization and increased revenue.
• Oversee governance of insurance plan configurations and ensure alignment with contracts and reporting.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle, Finance, and Operations to maintain contract groups and accurate revenue attribution.
• Analyze payer and performance data to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and process improvements.
• Oversee fee schedule administration and support for financial reporting initiatives.
• Manage coding updates with vendor partners to support accurate reimbursement and compliance.
• Own provider and location master data governance to support scalability and data integrity.
• Coordinate with Operations and Credentialing to keep provider/location records accurate across systems.
