Cardinal Health is seeking an Advisor for Revenue Cycle Management to partner with practice operations and finance, optimize revenue cycle systems, and drive data governance across payer configurations.

You will lead system configuration, performance analytics, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure accurate reimbursement and financial reporting, supporting organizational growth and revenue integrity.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in revenue cycle management or related field preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Strong understanding of medical coding, billing practices, and revenue cycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative oversight of revenue cycle practice management system configuration, optimization, governance, and ongoing operational effectiveness.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for revenue cycle systems, providing consultative guidance, issue resolution, and support to stakeholders while promoting operational efficiency and data integrity.
• Lead complex system configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancement activities; collaborate with IT and vendor partners to resolve issues, implement system improvements, and perform routine audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
