Cedars-Sinai in Phoenix is seeking an experienced revenue cycle professional to support outpatient billing and collections. Under general supervision, you will review and submit claims to third-party payors, perform account follow-up, and ensure information is current across patient accounts.

The role requires at least 5 years in revenue cycle, familiarity with hospital and professional billing, and at least 2 years of coding experience; CPC certification is highly preferred.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• College level courses in finance, business or health insurance preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of revenue cycle experience to include hospital / professional billing and/or collections experience required.
• A minimum of 2 years of coding experience and a CPC highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Outpatient billing and collections support, reviewing and submitting claims to third party payors.
• Perform account follow-up activities and update information on accounts.
• Research, analyze and resolve complex cases with minimal assistance.
• Provide back-up coverage and act as a technical resource on revenue cycle policies.
