Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is seeking a Senior Operations Analyst for the Transplant Billing and Follow Up team. The role plans and manages large projects, coordinating resources to implement new systems and processes across the Enterprise Revenue Cycle.

You will present design documentation to leadership, guide training teams, and lead process improvements while ensuring compliance with Mayo's ethics and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 10 years of relevant experience in Finance Revenue Cycle or healthcare.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience in project management is required.
• Extensive knowledge of physician and hospital billing systems for government, managed care and commercial payers is preferred.
• HFMA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and manages large projects within the Enterprise Revenue Cycle.
• Coordinates resources to implement new systems, programs and processes.
• Provides design documentation and project plans for leadership.
• Leads process improvement initiatives and coordinates cross-functional teams.
• Mentors staff and ensures compliance with Mayo Clinic ethics and regulations.
