Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Revenue Cycle Analyst to join a multi-site team supporting billing, compliance and revenue optimization. This hybrid role requires on-site presence within 100 miles of Mayo campuses and collaboration with finance leadership.

You will interpret billing rules, perform analytics, mentor staff and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial performance while upholding Mayo standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or 10 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Master’s degree preferred for advanced roles.
• HFMA Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support hospital, surgical and clinical practices and Mayo Clinic leadership on revenue cycle issues.
• Interpret, implement, and maintain billing and compliance rules across the revenue cycle.
• Provide advanced revenue and billing analytics to leadership.
• Lead multidisciplinary workgroups or projects and mentor staff.
