Mayo Clinic is seeking a senior leader for the Enterprise Revenue Cycle Tools & Solutions team. This hybrid role requires proximity to a Mayo Clinic campus for on-site needs and provides strategic analytics leadership across multiple sites.

You will guide professional staff, develop dashboards, and drive process improvements in the Revenue Cycle, collaborating with clinical and administrative stakeholders to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years' experience, including at least 2 years of financial leadership.
• Master’s degree and 6 years' experience, including at least 2 years of financial leadership.
• In lieu of Bachelor's degree, 12 years' experience with 2 years of leadership may be considered.
• Healthcare revenue cycle leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction to professional and supervisory staff in the Revenue Cycle.
• Leads analytics initiatives for Revenue Cycle Tools & Solutions.
• Partners with Revenue Cycle Operational Leadership and Central Intelligence and Analytics Developers.
• Translates vision into actionable results and delegates authority as needed.
• Manages multi-site operations and identifies process improvements.
