Job summary

Oscar Health is seeking a Senior Revenue Cycle Manager for its Provider Operations team. The role focuses on scalable strategies for professional billing, coding accuracy, and optimized reimbursement across a growing multi-state provider org.

Lead across revenue cycle functions, partner with clinical, operations, finance, compliance, credentialing, and product teams to drive improvements and risk mitigation. Remote with Texas-based residency possible.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in healthcare revenue cycle, billing, coding, or related ops.
• 3+ years leading revenue cycle programs or teams with outcomes.
• Deep knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, HCPCS, modifiers, payer rules.
• Experience building scalable revenue cycle strategies.
• Experience with documentation integrity and pre/post-bill reviews.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and performance of revenue cycle functions across billing, coding, denials, and eligibility.
• Act as SME for CPT/ICD-10-CM, modifiers, CCI/NCCI edits and payer needs.
• Set KPIs, controls, and reporting to improve claims, reimbursement, and cash flow.
• Lead coding and documentation integrity programs and provider education.
• Drive denial prevention and root-cause actions with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with clinical, finance, compliance, credentialing, and product teams.
