Job summary

MemorialCare is seeking a Revenue Cycle Business Analyst, Sr in Fountain Valley, CA, to support its MemorialCare Health Systems campuses. The role focuses on collecting, analyzing, and reporting KPI data, dashboards, forecasting, and executive-level presentations to drive operational excellence.

The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop standard reporting tools, and deliver timely monthly financial reporting while maintaining data quality and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in a healthcare setting supporting Revenue Cycle Management or equivalent business experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and variances analysis.
• Proficient in spreadsheets and database applications.
• Strong organizational, independent work, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect data from multiple departments and design analyses, trends, and forecasting reports.
• Publish metric dashboards and executive presentations for leadership.
• Identify data issues and drive process/data improvement efforts.
• Develop data collection systems and templates to optimize data quality and efficiency.
• Maintain and enhance reports, extracts, and ad hoc queries for RCM and partners.
• Complete monthly financial reporting on time.
