Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in analytics, with preferred 5 years, and experience with Tableau, SQL, and Epic Systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business or related major preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in an analyst role; 5 years preferred.
• Tableau and SQL certification/knowledge highly preferred.
• Epic Systems experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze trends to identify variances and develop reports and dashboards.
• Develop strategic approaches and recommendations to monitor opportunities/risks.
• Create recurring and ad-hoc reports for leadership.
• Use independent judgment to resolve issues in Revenue Cycle.
• Present data analyses to internal teams and leadership as needed.
• Collaborate with management and staff across Revenue Cycle, Finance, and Medical Center Departments.
