The role requires deep experience in Revenue Cycle Management, advanced analytics, and a strong background in Microsoft Office and data visualization tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years in a healthcare setting supporting Revenue Cycle Management or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3+ years in financial analysis, forecasting, and variances analysis.
• Proficient with spreadsheets/databases and familiar with statistical methods.

Responsibilities

• Designs and builds analyses, trending, and forecasting reports; publishes dashboards and executive presentations.
• Ensures data accuracy and consistency; identifies trends and KPIs; drives process improvements.
• Develops data collection systems and automation to improve efficiency and quality.
• Maintains reports and guides for user requirements aligned with business objectives.
• Communicates complex topics clearly to RCM teams and partners.
