Job summary

NextGen Healthcare is seeking a Manager, Client Management to lead the revenue cycle management relationship with mid to large clients. You will supervise client contacts at executive levels, ensure adherence to SLAs, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver contracted services.

The role requires 6+ years in customer service or revenue cycle management, and a Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in customer service, revenue cycle management, or similar experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Management Information Systems, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall relationship with client management/executive level contacts for mid to large clients.
• Establish and maintain internal budgeting and client performance expectations.
• Meet with client contacts regularly to provide revenue cycle management expertise with a consultative approach.
• Coordinate internal service teams and partners to reduce gaps and resource needs.
• Ensure alignment of internal messaging and deliverables with other service teams and meet SLAs.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and support sales with operational input.
• Coach and develop team members to maintain a high performing group.
