Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management.
• Minimum 6+ years in client-facing roles such as account management or consulting.
• Strong experience in physician group billing or healthcare revenue cycle environments.
• Experience with RCM platforms such as Athena, eClinicalWorks, Epic, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end revenue cycle operations for assigned physician group clients.
• Serve as primary client liaison and optimize financial performance and workflows.
• Lead KPI reporting and ensure compliance with payer, client, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage denials, eligibility, coding, billing, and collections with internal teams.
• Conduct regular client meetings and present dashboards and insights.
