Job summary

Universal Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Revenue Cycle Analyst - Analytics to assess revenue cycle processes and drive efficiency. You will collaborate with registration, billing, charging, coding, and denials management to streamline workflows and optimize cash flow.

You will review data, transform it into actionable insights, and monitor KPIs to support strategic decisions. Travel up to 15% is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, healthcare administration, or similar.
• 5-8 years of relevant revenue cycle experience.
• Knowledge of revenue cycle operations: registration, charging, billing, collections, denials.
• Experience with patient accounting systems and claims/EOB review tools.
• Experience managing projects and vendors; ability to mentor juniors.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Designs and distributes monthly, weekly, and ad hoc reports for internal and external parties.
• Reviews weekly reports to identify issues affecting timely patient collections.
• Supports system implementations, process improvement, and standardization.
• Provides guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior team members.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
