Job summary

WarHorse Gaming, a division of Ho-Chunk, Inc., is seeking a Revenue Audit Manager to lead gaming and non-gaming revenue audits, ensure accurate reporting, and oversee daily audit activities. This full-time role sits within a regulated gaming environment in Omaha and Lincoln, with occasional extended hours as needed.

The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, have five years of related experience with two in supervision, strong analytical skills, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• Five years of related work experience, including two years in supervision.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and collaborate with executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit of gaming and non-gaming revenue and ensure accurate recording.
• Oversee daily revenue audit activities and department operations.
• Prepare, audit, and distribute revenue audit reports and documentation.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to department personnel.
• Coordinate with gaming regulators on audits and regulatory filings.
• Design and maintain gaming-related management and accounting systems.
• Monitor laws and regulations to support compliance and mitigate liabilities.
• Participate in special audits requiring high expertise.
• Support projects and other duties as assigned.
