Job summary

WarHorse Gaming, a division of Ho-Chunk, Inc., seeks a Revenue Audit Manager to lead gaming and non-gaming revenue audits, ensure accurate reporting, and maintain internal controls. This full-time role supports management with analytics, audit procedures, and regulatory compliance in a dynamic, value-driven environment.

The position requires a strong background in accounting, at least five years of relevant experience with supervisory responsibilities, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Five (5) years of related work experience, including two (2) years in a supervisory capacity.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Experience with planning and project management.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and establish rapport with senior executives.
• Strong ability to synthesize complex or diverse information.
• Excellent ability to work across multifunctional teams and support business units.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily revenue audit activities and oversee department operations.
• Ensure accurate recording of revenue and timely audit reporting.
• Develop and maintain audit procedures and accounting systems.
• Coordinate with regulators regarding audits and regulatory filings.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance feedback to staff.
• Support special audits requiring advanced expertise.
• Maintain compliance with relevant laws and internal controls.
