Job summary

WarHorse Gaming, a division of Ho-Chunk, Inc., is seeking a Revenue Audit Manager to lead revenue audits across gaming and non-gaming streams. The role oversees daily audit activities, regulatory reporting, and internal controls, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and robust processes.

Applicants should have a accounting/finance background with supervisory experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work across multifunctional teams in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Five (5) years of related work experience, including two (2) years in a supervisory capacity.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Experience with planning and project management.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and establish rapport with senior executives.
• Strong ability to synthesize complex or diverse information.
• Excellent ability to work across multifunctional teams and support business units.

Responsibilities

• Lead revenue audit activities and ensure accurate recording of revenues.
• Develop and maintain audit procedures and accounting systems.
• Provide leadership, training, coaching, and performance support to staff.
• Coordinate with regulators on audits and reporting activities.
• Design and maintain gaming-related management and accounting systems.
• Offer analytical support to management for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal controls.
• Handle special audits of high complexity or sensitivity.
• Attend meetings and follow up on actions.
• Oversee hiring, training, and personnel matters in the department.
