Job summary

WarHorse Gaming, a division of Ho-Chunk, Inc., is seeking a Revenue Audit Manager to lead audit activities for gaming and non-gaming revenues. You will oversee daily operations, ensure accurate recording, and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements while guiding staff and coordinating with gaming regulators.

The role requires solid supervisory experience, strong analytical and leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement audit procedures that support financial integrity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Five years of related work experience, including two years in a supervisory capacity.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Experience with planning and project management.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and establish rapport with senior executives.
• Strong ability to synthesize complex or diverse information.
• Excellent ability to work across multifunctional teams and support business units.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily revenue audit activities and ensure revenue is accurately recorded.
• Develop, implement, and monitor department standards, guidelines, budgets, staffing plans, and processes.
• Prepare and distribute revenue audit reports and required documentation.
• Provide leadership and coaching to department personnel.
• Coordinate with regulators regarding audits, regulatory matters, and filings.
