Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is hiring a Senior Analyst, Accounting to support Signify Health revenue accounting, including revenue, AR, intercompany, cash, and RCM/Claims processes. You will execute monthly, quarterly, and annual closes, post journal entries, and prepare reconciliations with an audit-ready mindset.

You will collaborate with Finance and stakeholders to strengthen controls, improve processes, and ensure timely financial reporting while leveraging SAP S/4HANA, Power BI, and SQL

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant accounting, revenue accounting, or finance experience.
• 3+ years of experience with financial close, journal entries, account reconciliations, or related accounting processes.
• 3+ years of experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and core accounting principles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with complex formulas, lookups, and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Own and support accounting activities for Signify Health, including monthly, quarter-end, and annual close processes.
• Develop understanding of end-to-end revenue, RCM/Claims, AR, intercompany and cash processes.
• Prepare, review, and post complex journal entries and SAP-ready templates.
• Prepare and reconcile AR intercompany activity and resolve out-of-balance items.
• Perform flux analysis of revenue, AR, cash and related accounts; explain variances clearly.
• Support RCM/Claims accounting by researching data flow and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate reconciliations, roll forwards, and close support with audit-readiness.
• Manage large data sets in Excel and maintain journal-entry mappings.
• Identify gaps and risks; recommend practical improvements for accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, RCM Team and other business units for timely close.
• Apply U.S. GAAP and policies consistently with high accuracy.
