Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Analyst, Accounting to support Signify Health revenue accounting, focusing on revenue, AR, intercompany, cash, RCM/Claims, and close processes. You will prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules for monthly, quarterly, and annual closes.

You will analyze financial results, collaborate with Finance and business stakeholders to resolve issues, strengthen controls, and drive timely, accurate financial reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant accounting, revenue accounting, or finance experience.
• 3+ years of experience with financial close, journal entries, account reconciliations, or related accounting processes.
• 3+ years of experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and core accounting principles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data validation, and large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Own and support accounting activities for Signify Health, including monthly, quarter-end, and annual close processes.
• Develop a deep understanding of end-to-end revenue, RCM/Claims, Accounts Receivable, intercompany, and cash processes.
• Prepare, review, and post complex journal entries, including SAP journal upload mapping.
• Prepare and reconcile accounts receivable intercompany activity and resolve out-of-balance items.
• Perform flux analysis of revenue, Accounts Receivable, cash, intercompany, and related accounts.
• Support RCM/Claims accounting by tracing data to GL and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate reconciliations, roll forwards, schedules for audit readiness.
• Manage large data sets in Excel and maintain journal-entry mappings.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase accuracy and timeliness.
• Partner with Accounting, Finance, RCM Team and other business teams to obtain information for a timely close.
