Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, Accounting to support Signify Health revenue accounting, close processes, and intercompany activity with emphasis on accuracy and strong controls. You will prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, analyze variances, and partner with Finance and RCM teams to resolve issues while applying U.S.

GAAP and CVS accounting policies. Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, Power BI, and SQL are preferred for analysis and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant accounting, revenue accounting, or finance experience.
• 3+ years of experience with financial close, journal entries, account reconciliations, or related accounting processes.
• Experience working with ERP systems and strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Own and support accounting activities for Signify Health, including monthly, quarter-end, and annual close processes.
• Develop understanding of revenue, RCM/Claims, A/R, intercompany, and cash processes, including data flows and controls.
• Prepare, review, and post complex journal entries and map revenue from RCM into SAP-ready templates.
• Prepare and reconcile A/R intercompany activity and resolve out-of-balance items across entities.
• Perform flux analysis of revenue, A/R, cash, intercompany, and balance sheet/income accounts and explain variances.
• Support RCM/Claims accounting processes by understanding data flow to GL and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate reconciliations, roll forwards, schedules, and audit-ready documentation.
• Manage large data sets in Excel and maintain journal-entry mappings and related templates.
• Identify process gaps and risks, propose improvements for accuracy, timeliness, and scalability.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, RCM Team, and business units to ensure timely close.
