Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience.
• 3+ years in financial close, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• 3+ years of experience with ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas and data sets.

Responsibilities

• Own and support monthly, quarter-end, and annual close processes.
• Develop understanding of end-to-end revenue, AR, intercompany, and cash processes.
• Prepare, review, and post complex journal entries.
• Prepare and reconcile accounts receivable intercompany activity.
• Perform flux analysis of revenue, AR, cash, and related accounts.
• Support RCM/Claims accounting and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain audit-ready reconciliations and schedules.
• Manage large data sets in Excel and maintain journal-entry templates.
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements to increase accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Finance, RCM Team, and other business groups for a timely close.
• Apply US GAAP consistently and review work with high accuracy.
