Pearce is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Revenue Analyst to join our Finance Operations team. In this role, you will play a critical part in improving revenue cycle performance by transforming financial and operational data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Analytics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, revenue operations, billing, AR, or revenue-cycle management.
• Advanced Excel skills with experience analyzing large datasets and building reporting.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/financial/operational systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate data into insights.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, and reporting for WIP, AR, billing performance, and revenue-cycle metrics.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights and recommendations for Finance Operations leadership.
• Support recurring executive, financial, and operational reporting requirements.
• Monitor performance trends and identify areas needing corrective action.
