Job summary

Pearce Services seeks a Senior Revenue Analyst to join our Finance Operations team and drive improvements in revenue cycle performance through actionable data insights.

You will develop dashboards for WIP, AR, billing, and cash collections, analyze large datasets, and partner with Finance, Billing, Operations, and Technology to accelerate billing and improve cash flow. A strong Excel and ERP/CRM background is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or revenue operations
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with large datasets
• Experience with ERP/CRM/financial systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, or management reporting
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reporting for WIP, AR, billing, revenue-cycle metrics, cash collections, and operational KPIs
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
• Translate financial and operational data into actionable insights for Finance Operations leadership
• Support recurring executive, financial, and operational reporting requirements
• Monitor performance trends and proactively identify areas requiring attention or corrective action
• Define, document, and maintain key business metrics, KPIs, and reporting standards
• Build scalable reporting frameworks for consistent visibility into revenue-cycle performance
• Develop scorecards and dashboards to manage workload, billing, revenue generation, and collections
• Ensure reporting accuracy and data integrity across systems and business units
