Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain predictive dashboards and reporting in Salesforce, Tableau, and/or Sigma to track pipeline health, forecast accuracy, win rates, and GTM performance.
• Develop and refine forecasting models to improve prediction accuracy across the commercial funnel.
• Analyze historical trends and build statistical models to identify drivers of win/loss rates, deal velocity, and conversion at funnel stages.
• Conduct scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to support forecasting under varying market and pipeline conditions.
• Partner with Marketing Operations to build attribution models and analyze campaign-to-pipeline-to-revenue conversion.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to GTM leadership, translating complex quantitative models into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Finance on annual planning, budgeting, and revenue modeling, incorporating predictive analytics into long-range forecasts.
• Build and maintain SQL-based data pipelines to support dashboard automation and self-service reporting.
• Communicate analytical methodology and findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

About the Role

Our Revenue Operations team acts as the strategic bridge between Finance, Sales, and other go-to-market functions, ensuring alignment across forecasting, planning, and performance analysis. We are responsible for delivering accurate revenue projections, driving operational efficiency, and enabling data‑driven decision‑making across the organization.

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Senior Commercial Insights Analyst to support our go‑to‑market teams with predictive modeling, forecasting, and performance analytics. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to build data models and forecasting frameworks—including pipeline conversion and win‑rate analysis—that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. This individual contributor role will report directly to the Senior Director, FP&A and play a key part in shaping our revenue strategy. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, analytically rigorous, and comfortable building statistical models in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. A strong background in SQL, Tableau, and/or Sigma is essential for building predictive dashboards, forecasting models, and enabling data accessibility across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Conduct scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to support forecasting under varying market and pipeline conditions

What You'll Bring

• 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or a related analytics role, with direct experience in forecasting or predictive modeling
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or similar)
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and Tableau and/or Sigma, including data modeling, dashboard automation, and performance optimization
• Experience building forecasting or predictive models (e.g., win‑rate modeling, pipeline conversion analysis, regression‑based forecasting) in a SaaS or subscription‑revenue environment
• Hands‑on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and GTM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesloft, Gong)
• Familiarity with statistical concepts (e.g., regression analysis, cohort analysis, confidence intervals) as applied to commercial forecasting
• Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing startup environment, handling multiple projects with flexibility and a positive attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical analysis for cross‑functional stakeholders

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $77,000 – $143,000 per year, which represents the base pay the company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role. Actual pay within this range will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.

Depending on the position, employees may also be eligible to participate in a company bonus or commission plan. All employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, unlimited paid time off, and participation in the company’s 401(k) plan with employer contribution.
