Job summary

Dine Brands Global, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Revenue and Cash Accounting to lead the revenue and cash accounting functions across our multi-brand franchise portfolio. This remote role oversees close execution, reporting integrity, and governance to ensure strong financial controls.

You will partner with IT and business teams to ensure systems accuracy, coach a high-performing team, and support SEC reporting and external audits. Public company experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or advanced accounting certification preferred with 7 to 10 years of progressive accounting leadership experience.
• Strong GAAP knowledge, ASC 606, and complex revenue/ franchise transactions.
• Proven ability to review work, elevate analytical quality, and develop talent.
• Strong executive communication with internal and external partners.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills; experience with financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Revenue and Cash Accounting teams to deliver timely monthly close and reporting.
• Oversee accounting governance for revenue recognition, cash activity, gift card accounting, and brand-level reporting.
• Develop processes supporting SEC reporting, disclosures, and sales/restaurant P&L reporting.
• Partner with Financial Systems, IT, and business teams to ensure systems operate accurately.
• Lead accounting support for acquisitions, refranchising, system upgrades, and other projects affecting revenue or cash.
• Build and develop a high-performing team through coaching and performance management.
• Support external audits, respond to requests, and coordinate SOX control requirements.
