Job summary

Dine Technology is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to lead multi-client accounting operations across restaurant operators, delivering accurate financial reporting and scalable processes.

You will own the close, oversee risk management, mentor Accounting Managers and offshore teams, and drive improvements that align with Dine standards while maintaining independence.

This is a remote US role focused on delivering consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement for a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with supervisory responsibility.
• Experience in multi-unit restaurant accounting preferred.
• CPA is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior accounting lead across multiple clients, ensuring deliverables are accurate and timely.
• Develop understanding of client operations, transaction flows, and reporting structures.
• Identify deviations between client processes and Dine standards and propose solutions.
• Lead discussions to present financials, explain variances, and offer insights.
• Mentor Accounting Managers and offshore teams to build capability.
