Sprinklr is seeking a Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting & Advisory to lead a global team and ensure ASC 606 compliance across SaaS revenue. This strategic role partners with Sales, Legal, Pricing, and Executive Leadership to optimize revenue processes and reporting in a fast‑growing environment.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in Big 4 and industry, with deep ASC 606 expertise, and strong leadership to scale revenue accounting across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of combined Big 4 public accounting and industry experience with revenue recognition.
• Deep expertise in ASC 606 within SaaS/software/tech models.
• Experience leading accounting teams and drafting technical memoranda.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global Revenue Accounting team of ~7–10 professionals and mentor staff.
• Advise Sales, Legal, Pricing, Deal Desk, and Leadership on ASC 606 and revenue implications.
• Review complex customer arrangements for ASC 606 compliance.
• Develop scalable contract frameworks supporting growth and compliance.
• Partner with Revenue Operations and Finance to enhance quote-to-cash processes.
• Draft memoranda and maintain SSP methodology and governance.
• Support SEC reporting and revenue-related disclosures.
• Develop revenue dashboards and KPIs for executive decision-making.
