Job summary

Sprinklr in Austin seeks a Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting and Advisory to partner across Sales, Legal, Deal Desk, Pricing, Product, and Finance. You will ensure ASC 606 compliance and GAAP revenue reporting for a fast-growing SaaS business.

You will lead a global 7–10 person Revenue Accounting team, develop policies, govern SSP methodology, and support SEC disclosures while driving scalable processes and executive-level insights.

Qualifications

• Deep ASC 606 expertise in SaaS, software, and technology models.
• 8+ years of combined Big 4 and industry experience in revenue recognition.
• Experience drafting technical accounting memoranda and position papers.
• Strong leadership and people development abilities.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global Revenue Accounting team (7–10).
• Advise Sales, Legal, Deal Desk, Pricing on revenue implications.
• Develop revenue policies, SSP governance, and disclosures.
• Support SEC reporting and form 10-Q/10-K analytics.
• Drive process improvements and scalable quote-to-cash controls.
• Partner with internal audit and external auditors for SOX.
• Represent revenue recognition in special projects (M&A, new products).
