Job summary

Sprinklr, a leading AI-native Unified-CXM platform, seeks a Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting and Advisory to partner with Sales, Legal and Finance, ensuring GAAP and ASC 606 compliance across global revenue transactions. You will lead a 7–10 person team, drive policy governance, and advise executives on complex contracts and strategic initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in revenue recognition, SaaS experience, and strong SEC reporting skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA strongly preferred.
8+ years in revenue recognition and technical accounting, including SaaS.
Deep ASC 606 expertise in SaaS/software.
Experience leading accounting teams and preparing technical memoranda.

Responsibilities

Lead global Revenue Accounting team of ~7–10 professionals.
Serve as primary revenue recognition advisor to Sales, Legal, Pricing, Deal Desk, and leadership.
Review and approve complex customer arrangements for ASC 606 compliance.
Develop scalable SSP methodologies and governance.
Partner with Revenue Operations and Finance to enhance quote-to-cash processes.
Draft technical accounting memoranda supporting revenue conclusions.
Support quarterly/annual SEC reporting and SOX compliance.
Develop revenue reporting dashboards and KPIs.
