Job summary

Sprinklr is seeking a Senior Revenue Accountant to strengthen global revenue assurance across SaaS and professional services. You will review complex contracts, ensure ASC 606 compliance, and support the monthly close with analytics and forecasting.

You will partner with Sales, Legal, Deal Desk, and Finance to optimize contract setup, revenue recognition, and reporting while driving improvements across regions and systems.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years progressive accounting experience, including 2-4 years in revenue accounting within SaaS/tech.
• Strong ASC 606 knowledge with complex multi-element transactions.
• Public accounting or experience at a publicly traded company preferred.
• CPA certification or progress toward CPA preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
• Experience owning components of monthly/quarterly close with minimal supervision.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reconciliation.
• Experience with NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management in a multi-entity, multi-currency environment.
• Experience with RevPro, Salesforce CRM, Power BI, or similar tools.
• Experience supporting ERP/revenue system implementations or process automation.
• Ability to partner across functions and influence accounting decisions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on revenue recognition and ASC 606 across complex contracts.
• Review and analyze complex customer contracts for revenue treatment.
• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue close processes and analytics.
• Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, Legal, FP&A, and Operations for accurate forecasting.
• Identify revenue risks and drive process improvements for scalability.
• Prepare revenue-related schedules and disclosures for reporting.
• Lead revenue accounting initiatives including system implementations and automation.
• Collaborate with IT and business partners on system requirements and policy alignment.
• Coordinate UAT and change management for new systems.
• Support audits with technical accounting and SOX compliance.
• Mentor junior team members on revenue accounting practices.
